On Nov. 26th, Advanced Cable Asia 2013 was held in Shanghai. Doctor Yang Risheng, Representative of ZTT Chairman, was invited to attend the conference, and made a speech of “The Development and Prospect of FTTH in China”. Faced with the clear overcapacity, Doctor Yang formulated the idea of “Precision Manufacturing”, and presented some useful suggestions. This was welcomed by most experts.
